The Commission is reviewing PacifiCorp’s 2011 Integrated Resource Plan (IRP).
Utilities regulated by the Public Utility Commission must file IRPs every two years. These plans identify projected growth and spell out what kind of energy resources the utility wants in order to serve its customers.
