Megan Decker
  

Megan Walseth Decker has a diverse public, private, and non-profit experience. Her expertise in energy policy and regulation comes from managing utility commission activities during five years as a lawyer for Renewable Northwest, the region's leading renewable energy advocacy organization. She previously served as Board Chair of the NW Energy Coalition, which brings together utilities, energy businesses, and public interest groups.
 
Megan previously served as Assistant General Counsel with the Port of Portland, where she represented the Port with respect to the Portland Harbor Superfund site as well as airport bond financing. Megan began her legal career as a land use lawyer in private practice, representing clients across Oregon. Megan earned a B.A. from Stanford University and a J.D. from University of Washington School of Law, and served for two years as a judicial clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
