2. PACIFIC POWER & LIGHT: (Advice No. 02-001) Requests approval of a new Large Customer Curtailment Option. Eligible customers with monthly demand exceeding 4,000 kW would be offered the option of reducing their energy load by up to 15 percent during each and every scheduled rotating outage in exchange for being excluded from any scheduled rotating outage.
