PUC FEES FOR COLLECTION YEAR 2002: (Docket No. UM 1012) Requests an order to continue the annual gross revenue fee level for gas, water, and wastewater utilities at 2.5 mills and sets the utility fee rate for each electric utility based on kilowatt-hours delivered to retail electric customers in 2001.

This item was removed from the agenda because Qwest special contracts should be treated as price list filings since Qwest has opted for regulation under the "price cap" statute (ORS 759.405 through ORS 759.455). An information presentation was made to the Commission on the new procedural treatment of Qwest special contracts under the price cap statute on December 14, 1999.
3. AVISTA UTILITIES: (Advice No. 01-8-G) Proposes continuation of the Natural Gas Benchmark Mechanism.
