The PUC has suspended the filing and is conducting a rate investigation to determine the reasonableness of the proposed plan. As part of the investigation, the PUC has scheduled an evening public hearing to obtain comment from ratepayers about the proposed increases and adjustments.

Additional hearings will be held in Bend January 23, 2001 and in Medford January, 26 2001. Time and location to be announced.
