All Filings and Pleadings except Reports (RE, RG, RO, RT, RW), Interconnections Agreements and Amendments (ARB), Competitive Provider New and Transfer Applications (CP)



  • Prepare your filing or pleading in text-searchable PDF format or in Microsoft Word or Excel. 
  • Use /s/ for your electronic signature.  (You may also insert a PDF picture of your signature.)
  • Address an email to the Filing Center at puc.filingcenter@state.or.us and attach your filing.  Note:  The email itself is not included in the official filing and should not contain any substantive information.
  • In the subject line of the email, type the docket number, if known, a description of filing, and the party or company name.  A sample subject is UE 999, Brief, My Electric Company.
  • If you have multiple pleadings in one docket, send each pleading in a separate email. (For example, a motion to adopt a stipulation should be sent in one email, and the stipulation should be sent in a separate email.)
  • Do not send confidential material by email. File a cover letter electronically that states that confidential materials are being sent by mail or courier.
  • Filings larger than your system's limit or PUC's limit of 20 MB may be sent: 
    • By breaking the filing into sections and sending each section in a separate email, each email labeled "# of #"
    • By DVD, CD, or flash drive.  Physical copies must be received within 2 business days of the electronic filing and your checklist should indicate that the documents will be provided on CD, DVD, or flash drive.
  • Use the Filing Requirements tool to determine whether physical copies are required and whether you need to serve and provide a certificate of service for your filing.
Complete and attach the Less than Statutory Notice (LSN)(Form 260), if needed for your tariff filing.
